Terms and Policies

Orders require minimum advanced notice of 10 days. Short-notice orders (less than 10 days notice) might be possible but are not guaranteed.

To confirm your order and secure pickup/delivery date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pickup or delivery.

Should you cancel your order 14 days (or more) prior to the collection date, the deposit may be considered eligible for refund upon request.
If the cancellation is within 13 days of the collection date, the deposit will not be refunded. Its value will be available for use in the form of store credit for a future order which must be made within the same calendar year.

After pickup or delivery, The Little Bakery is not responsible for any damage occurring to orders during customer transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
The customer will be provided with correct handling and storage instructions with each order. Once collected, the responsibility for any damage through customer transportation or storage lies with the customer.

Your privacy is highly valued. Any details collected will be used solely for processing the orders and will not be shared with third parties.
